Blink Devlog #5 Sunday August 18


Hey all!

Welcome back to the Blink development journey! Today I realized that there was 1 main issue with the game - it had no goals or challenges, which is a pretty important part of a game, so I decided I needed to create an enemy now luckily I already have an asset for the enemy and an awesome excuse for them looking the same (one of the perks of making a game based on evil androids) so I simply created a zone around the enemy mesh that damaged the player every 1 second or so and would eventually kill them, however still being relatively new to blueprints this took way longer than it needed to.
